Trump, police, social media

 Some days I feel like it's just too much! I get off from working all day and log into social media and find my anxiety through the roof! Police doing things I'd never hope for in a "protector", human beings acting like animals and causing that police officer to feel as though they don't have a choice, the crowd around to be active by video recording, but doing nothing actually. I feel sick
   Everyday I'm reading more and more things about Trump. It's getting difficult to fact check everything. It's tough to know who's reputable anymore. It seems more than anything low income, and working class people will once again get the short end of the stick. There are too many agendas that shouldn't be considered. I'm afraid, literally afraid for our future. 

      Technology and social media are ruining so many things...and although I know that I still sit on my lap top, occasionally checking my phone, while Netflix plays in the background on the Roku stick. I need to change, but I've also become reliant on this lifestyle. That's what life is now for too many of us.
