Today...

    Do you scroll on your social media and every other post makes you stressed, has you doing some major research, has you passionate about something? This is happening for me. I start looking into these things and they've been based on lies, or uninformed decisions. People will read a quick article but they will not begin to comprehend the long drawn out bill. We don't know what media to trust, so many of us trust whatever sounds good. Whatever already has thousands of likes must be correct!?! That is a scary thing! 
     An update from the other day-
    I did go out, and I had fun! I was pretty tired and anxious at first but I made it through the night, and to work the next morning. Then I had a decent day and went to bed early last night so I can be more awake today!
