still okay

    Dealing with bipolar disorder sometimes it's surprising that you can say it's been this many day's and I'm feeling okay. I haven't had any manic moments. I'm not sure what exactly is helping, but I'm not complaining. 
        I've got the music blasting in my headphones and I'm getting pumped up for the day. I want to spend my time living, not planning to live.
I just thought I should check in.
