I think tomorrow I'm going to try and make some dietary changes that scare me to no end. I am going to try the Keto diet. Ha I wrote Died at first, and that's what I think I'm going to wish for without my coffee creamer, and sweets. I've already gone low carb but I've also broken the rules a lot. I have gone to dairy queen a few times this month. I think it's time I really buckle down. Make a commitment and a plan to get through it. Maybe I could share some of the diet with you guys, if you'd like? Let me know.
I'm going to try and replace my morning coffee with morning jogs. We shall see how this goes.
I'm afraid, very afraid.
So tonight lots of wine! Tomorrow no more of that either. :(
Hope to do some recording tonight and get some stuff a little more rounded out. I'm very excited about that.
Should be busy at work and I love days like that! Rocking a new outfit also helps the mood. I swear even new work clothes make you feel like it's the first day of school.
Thinking of cutting my hair and getting bangs...thoughts?
